Shipping Policy

Email Confirmation. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to your order once the order has shipped. Please note that for any third-party shipping outside of WHIZZ’s normal shipping process, WHIZZ cannot provide ANY additional shipping information or documentation.

Shipping Costs and Lithium-Ion Batteries.We are happy to offer free shipping for purchases of $100 or more within the 48 continental United States, including complete bicycles. Shipping costs for destinations outside of the 48 continental United States are calculated based on the size and weight of the package.

Signatures Required. Due to the high value of ebikes and restrictions related to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, all shipments containing ebikes require a signature upon delivery. The shipping carrier will be instructed to obtain a signature and should not leave packages unattended.

Refused Shipments – Flat Fee. If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $75 per ebike to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $75.

1, Most orders will ship via UPS or FedEx ground, unless otherwise noted.

2, We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or Internationally.

3, We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

4, We currently do not offer shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states

Note: The shipping time is calculated using calendar days and should be used as a general guide. Shipping delays may be caused by natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and factors outside our control.
